Vineyards of Madiran.
Here a wine from
which the famous one dates from
the Roman time. Hawked by the
pilgrims of Saint-Jacob de
Compostelle, the Vineyard of
Madiran obtains the Label of
origin Controlled in 1948.

The Black Pig of Bigorre
it is perhaps the
oldest pig of our country. On
our premises, it is called
“Black of Bigorre”. Resisting,
rustic, with black peeling, it
is high in the open air and
nourishes primarily nipples and
sweet chestnuts. |

The Bean Tarbais (Red
Label). Its fine
skin, its melting and marrowy
flesh and the particular quality
of the starch. All that made its
succés culinary and of course
gustatory... |

The cake with the pin
It cooks in front
of the chimney on a conical
mould out of wooden. The paste
is versed in fine successive
layers on the mould which turns,
which gives him its so specific
“peaks”. |

Purity and savour
of the honey of the
Pyrenees,

The sheep of Barèges-Gavarnie.
Barégeoise, race
rustic and single is very
appreciated. Gavarnie "
officially has been just
recognized by obtaining a AOC
unique in France and in Europe. |

Cheeses of the Pyrenees.
One manufactures
in the Pyrenees of cheeses with
pressed paste, very required of
the amateurs for their soft and
fruity savour. In fact cheeses
of good conservation are placed
harmoniously in a cheese plate. |
